Pricing
Details: Most typical shutter
and mounting frame packages cost $18 per square foot (direct mount,
mounting strip, L-frame, Z-frame, and Trim frame). The outside mount
Casing frame adds about 10%. Small extra charges may also apply for
T-posts and extensions, if required. Extra charges apply to ByPass

offer FREE SHIPPING on shutter orders totaling over $500 within continental US.
Add a $45 handling charge to orders under $500. And now take
an additional 5% off orders over $2500. Extra shipping
charges will apply to orders going to Hawaii and Alaska. Need plantation shutters in Hawaii or Alaska? We now offer a flat shipping rate to Hawaii of $30.00 per window or opening, anywhere on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, or the Big Island. The same rate applies to anywhere in Alaska. The $45 minimum still applies to any order under $500.

No Charge Shutter Options:
-Louver Size: 2-1/2, 3-1/2, or 4-1/2 inch.
-Colors: White, Ivory, Almond, or Sandstone (tan).
-Louver Tilt Control: Traditional Tilt Bar or "Clearview" style without an exposed tilt bar.
-No surcharge for double hung shutters.
To figure square footage:
Measure
the window width and height per the measuring
instructions provided on this site.
For
pricing purposes, round-up fractions of an inch to the next inch.
Multiply
the width x height = square inches and divide by 144 to get square feet.
Then
round up the result and multiply by $18 to get your standard cost.
Example:
Window is 34-1/2" x 46-1/4".
35 x 47 = 1645 sq.inches
1645/144 = 11.42 sq.ft.
Round up to 12 x $18.00= $216.00
Minimum
size for pricing is 4 square feet.
If width is less than 12", use 12" for pricing purposes.
If height is less than 24", use 24" for pricing purposes.
A Note About Comparing Cost per Square Foot:
For inside mounts, we only use the actual window opening sizes, even for frames that may overlap the wall, such as the Trim and Deluxe Trim frames. Many shutter companies add to the opening dimensions to account for a tip to tip frame measurement. This can add to the square footage more than you might expect. Always compare the actual cost of each shutter set, not just the quote per square foot cost.
