Shipping: We ship anywhere within the continental United States. Please call for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges apply. The availabilty of a product ordered online is shown right before adding to the shopping cart and your order should ship within that time frame directly from our supplier's nearest warehouse to your location. Shipping transit times can vary from 1 to 7 days, depending on your location. Our suppliers may use UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, USPS, or common carrier if the packaging is oversize. Which carrier is used depends on the product, size of the package, and your location and is determined when the order is shipped. Please call us at 1-888-887-4623 if you require a particular shipping method or expedited delivery. We will also contact you as soon as possible if we are informed of any backorder problems or shipping delays.
Customer guarantee: We guarantee that the custom made products we offer are made to your sizes and specifications. If there is a mistake on our part, or the product is damaged, we will provide repair parts or replace it, if necessary, as soon as possible. IF it is necessary to return the replaced item for inspection, preparing the shipment is the customer's responsibilty. We will pay for return shipping charges in the case of manufacturers defects and with our prior authorization only.
Missing Parts: If an order arrives from the manufacturer with missing parts, please call as soon as possible. We will contact the factory immediately and have them rush shipment any missing items. We are not responsible for delays or installation of missing parts or minor repair parts.
Mistakes in measuring or other specifications by the customer are the customer's responsibilty. There are no refunds on custom made products. Please refer to our refund policy regarding return of stock items.
All product warranties are provided by the manufacturers. A copy is available upon request.
Return policy: Most stock size arches, stock shutters, or other stock items may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 20% restocking charge. They must be undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Call for return instructions and approval. Our supplier for stock louvered arches in alabaster, chestnut, pecan, and oak colors does not permit returns, so these colors are NOT returnable.
Shutter samples may be returned for refund or credit less shipping charges. Return instructions are included with the enclosed invoice for samples.
Orders for custom made arches, blinds, and shutters may not be canceled or returned once they are placed in production.
Mistakes in measuring or other specifications are the customer's responsibility.  It is important that the customer call with any questions ordering if there are any doubts about measuring, selections, colors, etc.  For factory mistakes, defects, or damage, we will provide repair parts or replacement, if necessary, as soon as possible. IF it is necessary to return an item, preparing the shipment is the customer's responsibilty. We will pay for return shipping charges in the case of manufacturer's defects and with our prior authorization only.
Damaged shipments: Please accept shipment, but have the driver note on the freight bill upon delivery if the damage is obvious and call us. Also call us if discovered upon unpacking. Claims for hidden damage must be made within 14 days of delivery. Keep all packing materials for inspection by the shipper. We will make a claim with the shipper and either repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible. We will inform you if the package will picked up or inspected.

Payment options: We gladly accept checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal for mail order transactions. Fax, phone, and online orders are limited to major credit cards and PayPal. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
